Horse-shaped stool

Part furniture, part sculpture: this small stool takes its shape from a horse. Three sturdy, slightly tapered legs carry a soft, rounded seat. A single slim post rises from the back and holds a curved backrest whose outline suggests a horse's head. From the side it reads as a small horse standing still; from the front it is a calm, simple seat.

The seat and backrest are covered in a textured bouclé-style fabric with warm sand and cocoa flecks. It is soft to the touch and catches the light in a way that gives the piece depth. Below, the legs are in deep walnut-toned wood with gently faceted surfaces. Their solid, grounded look plays against the softness of the upholstery above.

Nothing here is purely decorative. The thick, cushioned seat is comfortable for sitting, the low backrest gives light support, and the three-legged base keeps the stool compact and steady.
